By shopping with Enari, you’re agreeing to the terms below. Designed to keep things clear, considered, and fair, for everyone.

1. Overview
Enari is based in Wellington, New Zealand, operating under enari.co.nz
We may update our pricing, policies or product availability without notice.

2. Orders & Payment
Orders are final once placed. All transactions are processed securely through trusted third-party systems. If an item is unavailable, we’ll offer a refund or an alternative.

3. Shipping
Orders aim to be dispatched within 1-3 business days. Delivery timeframes vary by region. Once shipped, responsibility lies with the courier. International orders may incur customs fees, these are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in original condition and meet the criteria outlined on the returns page. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned. Faulty or incorrect items will be resolved, please notify us within 7 days.

5. Product Care
Natural wear over time is expected. Care instructions are provided, following them helps extend the life of your piece.

6. Privacy
Your personal information is stored securely and never shared or sold.
All payments are encrypted and processed off-site for your protection.

7. Responsibility
We do not accept liability for allergic reactions or sensitivities. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use or storage.
