We want you to love your jewellery, but if something’s not quite right, we’ll help you sort it.

Whilst our jewellery is crafted from durable materials, natural wear over time is expected. Care instructions are provided, following them helps extend the life of your piece.

Before you reach out, make sure your item meets the return conditions below. You’ll need your order number and email to get started. Please note we do not offer refunds on shipping costs.

Return eligibility

We accept returns for exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery.
Your piece must be unworn, in original condition and packaging, and returned within the timeframe.

We’re unable to accept returns on:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Custom made pieces
  • Gift cards
  • Items worn, damaged or returned late

    Refunds are only offered for faulty items that can’t be replaced or repaired.

How to return

Email us at contact.enari@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and a clear photo if it’s faulty.

We’ll confirm what’s possible and guide you through the next steps.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value.

If your new piece is higher in price, we’ll arrange the difference with you.

Sale items can only be exchanged for a different size of the same item.

Faulty items

All our jewellery is backed by a 180 day warranty for manufacturing faults, this includes breakages, faulty clasps, or loose settings but does not include natural wear over time.
Check your item within 7 days of it arriving and let us know if something’s off.

We’ll either:

  • Replace the item (if we can)
  • Repair it
  • Or refund you (if neither of those are possible)

Items must be sent back in their original packaging. Processing can take 4 to 6 weeks.

AfterPay

Returns are the same, your payment plan will continue until your return is confirmed.

Cancellations

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us to cancel. You’ll be issued store credit.

Once it’s left us, we can’t cancel or make changes.

Please note: cancellations are not refundable.
