* Or wrap a strip of paper around your finger and lay it flat

Size 6: 51.5 mm
Size 7: 54.0 mm
Size 8: 56.6 mm

Tip: Fingers can swell during the day, measure when they’re at a comfortable temperature.

35–40 cm: Close around the neck
