We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1–3 business days.

  • At this stage, we ship within New Zealand and Australia only, this allows us to keep every detail considered and close.

Click & Collect (Wellington only)

If you're local, you can collect your order for free from our Lyall Bay studio. We'll be in touch to book a time that suits, pickups are by appointment only.

If you're more than 15 minutes late, your slot may be rescheduled.

We appreciate your understanding as we keep things small and considered.

Address Changes & Redirects

If you made a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to correct it before dispatch, but changes are not guaranteed after your order is processed.

You may be able to redirect your parcel using your NZ Post tracking link. Click Redirect My Parcel.

Please note:
• Redirecting may cause delays
• NZ Post does not guarantee successful redirection
• Enari is not responsible for any delays caused by address changes

Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once a parcel is marked as delivered, it is considered complete.
Enari is not responsible for any missing or stolen packages after this point.

To help avoid loss or theft:

  • Ship to a secure location (avoid shared spaces like hotels or office lobbies)
  • Request a signature-required delivery before dispatch by emailing us

Delivery Delays

  • Orders are dispatched within 72 hours from our Wellington studio.
  • You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your parcel is on its way.
  • We always aim to deliver on time, but courier delays can occur due to factors outside our control, such as backlogs, logistics issues, or bad weather.
  • Enari is not responsible for courier delays.
  • These do not qualify for shipping refunds.
  • For updates, check your NZ Post tracking link.
  • Delivery estimates are a guide only, we do not offer refunds on shipping costs.

Damaged Deliveries

If your jewellery arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it.

Once your parcel has been delivered, Enari is no longer responsible for damage caused after delivery.

Returned Parcels

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, we’ll help arrange redelivery.

Re-shipping costs may apply.

Import duties & customs

If you're ordering from outside New Zealand, your parcel may pass through customs.

This can sometimes mean extra charges, like duties or taxes, depending on where you are.

These costs are set locally and will need to be covered by the person receiving the parcel.

We're not able to absorb these fees, notify you of any delays, or refund shipping if customs charges apply.
